There are many reasons for deciding to sell and each individual scenario requires a different approach. I will listen to your specific needs and together we will come up with a customized plan to achieve your selling goals.
In our initial meeting we will sit down and discuss your motivations for the sale and your expectation of myself and my services. I will discuss with you the various marketing strategies and options we can utilize in the sale process. Additionally, we will go over pricing options and I will present recent market data to assist in determining a strategic list price for your home.
As we get close to the actual list date we will work together to get the house looking perfect for professional photography and our
upcoming debut on the open market!
Once we generate an offer we will discuss the positives and negatives of the proposal and determine how we would like to respond. It's important that by this point we have established a strong and trusting relationship because we will need to present a unified front during negotiations.
As we move through the acceptance of the contract we will be negotiating home inspection items and taking care of all the final details involved in getting us to the settlement table. I can provide references for any contacts that you might require during this time (movers, handymen, an agent in your next city, etc).
The goal of selling is to get you the best deal and get you moving on to your next big step in as efficient and smooth a manner as possible.
